I made a loan with Whitney Bank on Oak Park BLVD, Lake Charles ,LA and they charged me over three hundred dollars for life insurance I did not need. Tried to fix this with the New Bank Manager and tells me a bunch of crap. I consider this theft . John D. Lennox has 5 minute windows and in charge of three locations , so you better be fast with you banking needs !!!!
